All sites to be prepaid in full by check cash or money order to reserve your requested site DO NOT SEND CASH you can make arrangements to drop off a cash payment if you wish. Confirmation occurs when your check has cleared the bank or when your Money Order has been received. You will be notified as soon as payment is secure.
You can arrive as early as the Wednesday afternoon after 12 pm prior to the race weekend and stay until noon 12 pm the Sunday morning preceding the race. No additional charges will apply should races be delayed by weather.
Please note that if for some reason you have not receive confirmation back by phone within 2 weeks after you have sent payment to please contact us immediately.
