No individual campfires are allowed with the exception of raised contained fire in a location that must be pre approved by Race Camp all approved fires must be elevated and not to set on the ground. All individuals having campfires must have a working fire extinguisher available at all times. Do not dump hot coals from grills on grass or in trees please extinguish with water and discard in fire pit. You will be charged a $100.00 fee for any burned grass on your site and will not be asked back
Absolutely no Fireworks of any kind are allowed on the premises you will be asked to leave the site and may face arrest from local law enforcement agencies.
No motorized vehicles such as ATVs Scooters and Gators will be allowed on premises this is for the safety of our patrons. We will have the right to impound any of these vehicles until you leave the property. If you refuse to relinquish the vehicle then you be asked to leave without a refund. Approved golf carts are only to be driven by a licensed driver and must have a light on if driven after dusk. A 5mph speed limit is in effect for the entire campground area.
Quiet time begins at 12 pm midnight and lasts until 8:00 am in the morning no generators loud music or noise of any kind that would effect your neighbors. Please be considerate to those around you.
We will not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or theft of your personnel property. Please lock and put away all property if you leave your site.
There will be absolutely no parking at any time on any of our on site access roads these must be kept clear at all times as this is a state and county regulation that provides access for emergency vehicles should it become necessary.
Please place all debris in the provided trash cans that will be located throughout the camp ground or please take all bagged garbage to our dumpster. We will empty them as needed but please inform us let us know if they become to full. We will provide garbage bags for your use so please ask if you need them. Absolutely NO dumping of gray water or sewerage from your RV on the ground as per state health regulations.
There will be no cars or trucks allowed to drive thru the campground area after 10:00 pm on any night. You will have to park at the front of the property and walk to your site and move your vehicle to your site in the morning. This is for the safety of all of everyone.
We are here for you to have fun and enjoy this weekend and to bring you back year after year, we ask that you please read and obey all the rules that we are all required to adhere to by state county and federal authorities. Be assured that we will not tolerate any rude or unacceptable behavior or you will be asked to leave with NO refunds! Please respect your neighbors. This is a time for family and friends and meeting new people lets make it a great weekend.
Pets will be allowed only after written approval by RACE CAMP LLC and must be requested at time of registration If allowed all animals must be on a leash at all times and all waste must be cleaned up immediately.
We will have security on the premises to enforce our policies please help us to keep our weekend a safe one.
I have reviewed all the rules set forth by Race Camp LLC and agree to abide by its contents with no exceptions. Myself and all the individuals staying on my site fully understand these rules and acknowledge they will be in force for the entire racing season while occupying my site provided by Race Camp LLC.
